The Challenge

Dazlab is a product studio that partners with non-technical startup founders to bring bold ideas to life. Their clients often have deep domain expertise—but little experience in digital product delivery.

The challenge was twofold:

  • Founders needed guidance, not just execution—someone to help shape their ideas into viable digital products.

  • The studio needed a delivery lead who could operate independently, keep teams aligned across time zones, and ship fast in lean startup conditions.

My Role

As a Senior Project Manager and Product Champion, I played a dual role: part strategic consultant, part delivery lead. My work helped Dazlab - and their clients, move confidently from idea to execution:

  • Shaped product strategy: Collaborated with non-technical founders to define realistic, user-focused MVPs that aligned with business goals

  • Led end-to-end delivery: Oversaw web and mobile builds with a focus on quality, agility, and pace

  • Ran remote teams: Coordinated cross-functional designers and developers across multiple time zones

  • Translated complexity: Turned technical requirements into clear delivery plans and helped founders stay aligned and confident

  • Maintained momentum: Delivered WIP sessions, sprint updates, and regular reporting to ensure visibility and trust

  • Balanced priorities: Navigated fast-changing roadmaps while protecting delivery timelines and scope
